Here are our jack o'lanterns for 2008. Left to right...Dan's Monster, Ann's Kitty Cat, Sadie's Happy Face, Helena's Baby Face ("Mommy, make her look like she's a little bit yelling!").
It took a little under an hour to carve them all. We had a good assembly line going...Dan cut off the lids and scooped out the goop, Sadie "helped" him and I carved mine, Sadie's and Nellie's. Then, I started cleaning up and Dan carved his. Sadie is still a little nervous around them! It's cute.

I like the finished product. I bet it took a good deal of time to carve 4 pumpkins. Is Sadie still afraid of them when you light them in the dark?
